SWUUWCon 2023 Vendor-Artist Application

This form is to be completed in advance before table space will be assigned.  Vendors will have table in a “Vendor-Artist Room” at First Unitarian Church of Dallas.

Reservations:

• Reservations are taken on a space availability basis, regardless of the type of item(s) sold/offered/displayed. Tables will be assigned on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.  We reserve the right to place each vendor’s display table at our discretion.
• Please email vendors@swuuw.org with questions or if you wish to change a booking.  All cancellations must be received two (2) weeks in advance of the conference.
• We expect each vendor-artist will have one table but in some cases, two tables may be needed.  Please let us know in advance.  Since it is a space issue we cannot promise we will meet the need for an extra table, but we will try.

If you want to stay at the hotel, you will need to reserve and pay for that separately.  Hotel information and our nightly conference rate can be found Sonesta Select Dallas Central Expressway.

• All vendor-artists must comply with church policies.
• Selling/offering/displaying of item(s) is to take place at designated table(s) only.  
• Products and/or services provided by the vendor-artist will conform with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and/or regulations.
• The Church is able to program its doors to lock the building and keep the vendor-artists area safe.  Thus, they can leave their wares and displays up from Friday afternoon through Saturday evening.
  
  

Workshop and Meals Options:  If you wish to have meals or participate in conference activities, you must register (https://swuuw.org/register/) for the conference.  Before registering, all approved Vendors-Artist will be given a discount code AFTER completing this form. 

We encourage Vendors-Artist to donate one item towards the SWUUW Auction.
