SWUUWCon 2024 Vendor-Artist Application
This form is to be completed in advance before table space will be assigned. Vendors will have a table in a “Vendor-Artist Area” at Camp Allen in Navasota Texas.
Please submit form by January 26, 2024..
Reservations:
- Reservations are taken on a space availability basis, regardless of the type of item(s) sold/offered/displayed. Tables will be assigned on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. We reserve the right to place each vendor’s display table at our discretion.
- Please email vendors@swuuw.org with questions or if you wish to change a booking. All cancellations must be received by January 26, 2024 which is two (2) weeks in advance of the conference.
- We expect each vendor-artist will have one table, but in some cases, two tables may be needed. Please let us know in advance. Since it is a space issue we cannot promise we will meet the need for an extra table, but we will try.
If you want to stay at the Camp Allen lodge, you will need to reserve and pay for that separately. The conference rate rooms can be selected on the SWUUW registration form.
- All vendor-artists must comply with Camp Allen policies.
- Products and/or services provided by the vendor-artist will conform with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and/or regulations.
- You can leave your wares and displays up from Friday afternoon through Saturday evening.
- If you are not attending the SWUUW conference, there is a $50 Vendor fee.
- All vendors will be assessed 10% of sales.
Workshop and Meals Options: If you wish to have meals or participate in conference activities, you must register (https://swuuw.org/register/) for the conference. Vendor only participants must also register and select the vendor only options.
We encourage Vendors-Artist to donate one item towards the SWUUW Door Prizes. The money collected for tickets for the door prizes goes to the scholarship fund for attendees who request economic support to attend the conference.
