Scholarships reduce the registration fee from $125 to $80. The scholarship process is:

1. Fill out the scholarship form and submit. You will be notified if your scholarship was granted by January 24.

2. Register for the conference (including double occupancy lodging) and select  “scholarship requested” for your conference fee.  

3. If you register before being notified about your scholarship status and for some reason it was not approved, you will be given the opportunity to pay the additional $45 or cancel your registration (cancellation only available to scholarship applicants and must be completed by  January 31). The lodging fee cannot be refunded but you can find someone else to use the room and notify registrar@swuuw.org of the transfer.

Application deadline is January 17.
