This year’s theme, “Spirit of the Woods,” celebrates the beauty and serenity of Camp Allen’s wooded campus. We’re offering twelve engaging workshops spanning spirituality, creativity, movement, social justice, music, community building, and more. With so many exciting options, choosing just three may be the hardest part! Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early to secure your spot in your preferred workshops.

Love to shop? Our vendor marketplace will feature returning favorites as well as talented new local artisans. If you’re interested in becoming a vendor, please reach out—we’d love to hear from you.

Get ready to dance the night away on Saturday evening with music by DJ Missee Mora of Ruby Slipper Entertainment, returning again this year by popular demand.

Registration for SWUUWCon26 is now open and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We expect spaces to fill quickly so be sure to sign up soon.

Your registration and lodging choice include access to all the workshops and vendors, dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday, and Sunday breakfast and lunch.

Regular Registration is $125 plus $220 per person for 2 night’s lodging for a double room (with a roommate), $290 for a 2 night single room. Youth (12-18) has an $80 registration fee.

Late registration is $150 starting February 1, 2026. Room Prices will remain the same until we are sold out.

Neither Camp Allen nor the SWUUW organization will assume responsibility for any medical costs. Attendees are encouraged to review their medical insurance coverage to ensure it is adequate.

Donations help the SWUUW Organization

SWUUW's annual budget is funded entirely by our membership. Donate to cover SWUUW annual expenses: If you would like to contribute to help cover SWUUW’s annual expenses, please select an amount below. Donate to support the SWUUW Scholarship fund: We accept donations to the separate SWUUW Scholarship fund which is used to assist attendees who otherwise might not be able to attend the conference. In the past we have awarded between 10-20 scholarships annually. Costs to cover a single attendee’s registration vary from year to year, but are generally $150+. Any amount donated helps us help more women to attend our conferences. Thank you very much for your support.
