Applicants will be asked to fill out the registration form AFTER receiving the Scholarship decision notification.  We will contact all scholarship applicants with decisions in early December, at which time we will give you a unique code to use when registering that will allow you to pay at a scholarship rate.  You will be responsible for any hotel and travel expenses.   Conference Camp Allen hotel rates are in the registration form. Application deadline is December 15.
