REMEMBER you must also reserve and pay for a hotel room if you wish to stay at the hotel. If you wish to have meals or participate in conference activities, you must register for the conference. Conference registrtion will be available online in late October/early November.
This form is to be completed in advance before table space will be assigned.
Reservations are taken on a space availability basis, regardless of the type of item(s) sold/offered/displayed.
There is a $75 per table use fee. We will review your application, and if you are accepted, you will be sent an email with a link to pay via PayPal (all major credit cards accepted).
If you want to stay at the hotel, you will need to reserve and pay for that separately. If you are accepted, we will send you a link to the hotel that will ensure you get our conference rate.
All vendors must comply with the hotel Policies
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions or if you wish to change a booking. All cancellations must be received two (2) weeks in advance of the conference.
Tables will be assigned on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. We reserve the right to place each vendor's display table at our discretion.
Selling/offering/displaying of item(s) is to take place at designated table(s) only. Vendors are not allowed to circulate around area or to verbally call out to attendees.
Products and/or services provided by the vendor will conform with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and/or regulations.
Vendors are responsible for removal of any set-ups and/or material at the end of each vending day.
